SANTO DOMINGO. - The Foreign Investment Companies Association, Executive Director, Pablo Linares, assures the negotiations taking place in the country by great companies that have been in the Dominican market for years, indicates the country is becoming a supply and demand platform in which the great nations are showing interest. Even big companies get bought and sold.
Pablo Linares assures that great companies’ negotiations like Dominican Verizon with Movable American (Telmex), Dominican Shell’s decision to sale out or the negotiations that Dominican Falconbridge mining carries out can not be negatively attributed to investment climate changes.
Linares says the investment climate in Dominican Republic continues being positive so much that only two years ago we feared a great macroeconomic crisis and today the macroeconomic crisis is a thing of the pass and we are looking forward to big business.
